Error: Unable to find a javac compiler

I have just upgraded from Tomcat 5.0 to 5.0.27 and when I try to veiw the
website I am getting an error message root cause of "Unable to find a javac
compiler;com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not on the classpath.Perhaps JAVA_HOME
does not point to the JDK".

When latest Tomcat was installed it pointed to the JDK directory and
everything seamed to run fine. This is the first time I have personally
upgraded Tomcat and I am sure it is somthing simple.

Where is Java-Home and how do I point it to the JDK?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
