No. You will need to use one of the obfuscation tools (some are free/open
source, others are commercial) that are not part of Eclipse. To automate the
process and make it part of your Eclipse build, you can try Ant (never used
it myself, though).

No. Look at yGuard for an excellent free obfuscator.
