NetBeans IDE + J2SE SDK - Can I unstall NetBeans alone later?

P: n/a
tmb
I'm a newbie to Java.

At http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html I see I can download...

NetBeans IDE + J2SE SDK as a 'bundle'

I beleive is both NetBeans and the Java SDK...

My Question:

If I decide on another IDE or VDE later... can I unstall NetBeans without
uninstalling the Java SDK... since I downloaded them together and installed
them as a 'bundle' ???

Thanks

I highly recommend downloading them separately. As to whether you can
uninstall them separately, I can't really recall.
