Infrared in J2ME

Hello,

I am developing an application for PocketPCs and I faced some
problems, when trying to use the Infrared port to send some data to
another device.
I kindly want to ask you for help.

I'm using J2ME for development and IBM Websphere as a programming
environment. My questions are:

1. I need to send data from my PDA to another in the network. How can
I do this?

2. I can't find anything about infrared in J2ME. Where can I read
about it?

3. Does anyone by chance has an electronic version of any of these two
books:
"Java Development on PDA's: Building Applications for Pocket PC and
Palm Devices" by Daryl Wilding-McBride. Publisher: Addison Wesley.
ISBN: 0-201-71954-1.
"Pocket PC Network Programming" by Steve Makofsky. Publisher: Addison
Wesley. ISBN: 0-321-13352-8.

Thank you so much for your time and looking forward to hear from you.
