Why not approach universities that specialise in E-learning?

like lakehead university has an e-learning department
(http://www.lakeheadu.ca) but by far the most famous is Athebasca
University, which give fully accredited programs by e-learning.

http://www.athabascau.ca/
A lot of poeple go through there programs, and a lot of them are
accredited like normal university programs are.

Hope it helps.

Perhaps you should do a case study. Find someone who is trying to learn
something from the Internet and chronicle their results. If only you
knew someone who was trying to do that...
