Jboss cannot deploy xml-file

Hello!

When I try to start jboss, i get the message:

....

myCICS.xml is derived from
$JBOSS_HOME/docs/examples/jca/cicsr9s-service.xml (I only changed the
JNDI-Name and the config-properties).

cicseci.rar (resource adapter for CICS) is in default/deploy.

Can anybody help?
