a weird 404 not found error in Resin 2.0.4

P: n/a
I have a jpg file.

When I use that with English name I can see the image
properly.
when I rename it in Korean I 404 not found error.

I use resin 2.0.4.

Am I missing some additional configuration?
The 3.0 or later version of resin can handle this
problem?

Thanks.

I am a subscriber of the resin ML. But as of today, 8 Jan.,
I haven't seen you post on it. Did you do the subscriber confirmation
ritual correctly? What is your sender name
on the ML? Is it also 'iamjhkang'?

OK. I have found your resin ML post in my junk inbox. It was
automatically handled as a junk mail because of an obscure
sender name. Please use your real name.

And excactly what have you written your Korean file name text
on? Is it on a JSP statement or body text? Or is it in a
servlet output string?

I think the caucho FAQ might help:
