Anyone know of JTAPI or similar?

Dear All:
I just posted about ActiveX controls and would like to know if anyone can
give me Java info on using Telephony like that provided by Microsoft's TAPI?
What I mean is that I specifically need to interface with a Dialogic board
and don't know how to find any Java code/component to do that?

Thanks in advance,
Carl
