selecting a row in JTable

Does anyone know how I can use a MouseListener to select a specific row in a
JTable? Also, is there a way to have a hidden field or key for each row?

Thanks!

Gwerk.

Not sure I completely understand the first part of your question, but I
believe what you are looking for is
<JTable>.setRowSelctionAllowed(true);

As far as a hidden field, we use a column of width 0.
