IIS7 website always opens when going to other sites. How to get rid of this?

when i tried to open a link it redirect me to this -- http://127.0.0.1/--- IIS7 official website. Also some ads cannot be seen in some sites because instead it contains the said problem also. IIS7! how can i get rid of this??? pls help.
