IIS6 And Session Variables

Hi guys.
This is my problem.
I have got an application asp on iis6.
In some pages I use Session Variables and when I explore them with Mozilla there is not any problem;but if I use Internet Explorer, I don't view the content of session Variables.
Instead there's not any problem if the application is on iis5
I have tried to set the flag on iis6 in the menu (websites->properties->service Run WWW service in IIS 5.0 isolation mode check box) but It goes wrong same
Can you help me?

If your sessions use cookies they may be being blocked by the client. May depend on your session management. HTH.
