IIS iFrame Webpage using Server IP

I have an IIS server running on MS SBServer 2003 R2,

I would like to do the following, please help me if you know how to do this:

I want users to go to my website www.example.com
and I want a window to open up either as an iFrame or as a new window to another site www.example2.com. The thing is that www.example2.com will only allow my IIS server's IP to access it.

so I need the website to open www.example2.com using the server's IP and not the IP of the end user accessing my server..

To clarify:: let's say my IP is 1.1.1.2 and I access the website on my server who's IP is 2.2.2.3.. I than need either an iFrame or a new window to open on www.example2.com (www.example2.com will only open for IP 2.2.2.3). so I need somehow for the server to mask my IP with it's, or for the server to open it on it's end... it doesn't matter..

Please help me with this.....
I can compensate..

P.S,,, if you also do programming,, I need someone to write a macro based program, I can pay nicely for that as well..

Thank you...

Might depend on how you load the iframe, client side or server side. If the server side is definitely giving your IP address, then load using the client. HTH.
