IIS ASP 0126 (0x80004005)

hey i am working on my project tha is based on asp,html,dhtml,ajax,javascript and access db , ia m using dreamweaver for edititing , every thing was working fine today when i had a power failure and after that when i tried to run my project again in IIS localhost i recieved the error "TOO MANY USERS CONNECTED ".ikept on trying two thre times and then i recieved the following error

Error Type:
Active Server Pages, ASP 0126 (0x80004005)
The include file 'PureAspGraph/PureAspGraph.asp' was not found.
/Default.asp, line 1

after that i reinstalled my IIS but still now even reinstalling havent worked and i am receiving the same error, can any body help me out

I'd guess that you are working with XP. One solution is to use a server W3K installed. Then you don’t need to care the connection limit (the IIS running on Windows XP has a connection limit of 10 connections). HTH.
