Suggested Configuration of Dotnet server

Hi,

We are currently having a .NET application which has an average hits of around 1000 per day for use in the intranet.

The platform is x86.

We are planning to replace the old web server with a new one since the old is very slow.

We use VS 2005..with DB2 backend...

We would also be hosting Reporting Services, Sharepoint in this server in the future..

Can anyone let me know what specifications or configuration would be best suited ..

Thanks,
Praveen Raju

W3K, IIS 6 & .NET 2.0 are the safe choice. Not sure why you would ask this type of question?
