Can not view RPT files

4
Friends,
An application for store keeping is created in ASP and Crystal Enterprise 9. Now, due to viruses, we have reinstall operating system and install BusinessObject XI Server. But problem is that Now we can not view reports in Internet Explorer. When ever we try to get report, IE prompt us to download this report instead of showing it or it simply display an Error that "Page can not be displayed".

Here is the code which is used in application.
window.open("reports/viewcustomerledger.rpt?prompt="+MyForm .cmbCustomer.value+"&prompt1=date("+MyForm.txtFrmD ate.va lue+")&prompt2=date("+MyForm.txtToDate.value+")&pr om pt4=date("+MyForm.txtFrmDate.value+")&promptOnRefr esh=0& amp;apsuser=Administrator&apspassword=&apsauthtype =secEnterprise","","toolbar=none,scrollbars=yes,re sizable=yes, width=700,height=550");

My friend says that it problem with IIS Servers configuration. Is he right? I have checked that .rpt is already mapped correctly to asp_isapi.dll.

Regards
