how can i sort out this

It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.

Okay, I don't really understand the question, but if you can categorise it into one of the subjects down the Right Hand Side, you may find an expert more than willing to help

Have you tried right clicking on the virtual directory in IIS > clicking on the configuration button? When you click the Configuration button, you inform IIS that the location for the directory, virtual directory, or web root is an Application starting point.
