How to create an UL LI navigation list/toolbar
where the tabs are placed from the left to the right,
but some of the tabs are placed on the right in that toolbar,
so a sort of fexible-width gap appears between the left aligned and
right aligned toolbar icons ?

How to use correctly the CSS clear attribute in such case?
It should work in Mozilla, and IE6+, older IEs are irrelevant.
