HELP! Shopping Cart Solution Required. URGENT!!

Hi

I'm looking for a Shopping Cart Solution that has/can do the
following:

1. Ease of integration with existing site layout
2. User friendly admin interface (even for non-techies like my clients
who want to simply add/remove items and process orders, etc.)
3. Relatively quick and painless installation on a MS-Professional
hosted service at www.OneAndOne.co.uk. NOTE: NOT A LINUX SERVER AND
ONLY RUNS PHP 4.X AND USES MS-SQL NOT mySQL
4. Is a UK based Solution or is compatible for the UK market rather
than US
5. Allows us to develop eCommerce enabled solutions that we can then
hand over to our clients to manage themselves in a WYSIWYG way
(non-techies)
6. Provides Multiple payment methods at checkout for the customer ie.
Worldpay, Offline Credit Card, COD, Cheque, Paypal, etc
7. Can support 10's of thousands of products
8. Provides import facilities for supplier product updates.
9. Account setup so customers can simply log back in next time they
visit the site
10. Real time stock control
11. Web browser access and administration

That'll do for now ...

Any help GREATLY appreciated!!

Thank you in advance
