CSS Fixes of Opera 7-5 Preview

Nothing major here.

CSS Fixes of Opera 7-5 Preview
http://snapshot.opera.com/windows/w750p4.html

"Improved CSS support
- Fixed bug where floating elements with clear: both CSS would
contribute to a table's width
- Fixed bug where bottom margins were ignored on floated elements
- Fixed problem where LI bullets inside a hidden DIV were visible"

Opera also added some more support for non-standard tags/ attributes
(like autocomplete="off")
