tab menu

Can someone please help to correct my coding on www.sovietposters.tk
How do I set the left hand tab from changing color on mouseover and
how do I specify colors etc. in individual cells as opposed to the
entire tab bar.
I love the art of posters but I can't fathom the art of css!
Thanks in advance,
John

Can you rephrase this question? I don't see a "tab bar"

Is the frameset really a good idea? with my browser wndow aximized on
a 1024 x 768 screen I can only view one row of images at a time. With
a smaller window it would be fairly frustrating.

Generally you need to tag the items you want to work on with e.g. an id: <td
id="myLeftButton"> and so forth. CSS can then refer to that:

TD#myLeftButton {
/* my format */
}
