It's not surprising MacIE has difficulties. Your positioning is a bit
convoluted. Plus, a number of browsers have quirks with relatively
positioned elements, not just MacIE. I suggest you simplify the
stylesheet and get rid of all the relative positioning.
Don't re-invent the wheel if you don't have to. There are lots of
2-column templates out there, here's a list to get you started:
