IE5 and netscape difference

First problem
In Netscape7, over first link (home) there isn't margin (contour) while
in IE5 yes.

Second problem
Both Netscape7 and IE5 there isn't margin (contour) bottom last link (zzzzz)

Any solution?
Thanks in advance for any help
