IE 6 window resize problem

Good Morning all , quick question I hope...

I have a horizontal menu ul type
similar to alistapart...

Horizontal menu items are absolutely placed on page.

If i resize ie window, submenu closes before I get to roll over submenu
items.

Any Ideas?

It's a bit hard to tell what the problem is from a short verbal
