length of text breaks CSS col's in Mac IE

Hello,

I'm currently designing my first 100% CSS based site. However, I've
run into one issue that i haven't been able to get an answer for. So
far everything looks great except for this issue in Mac IE (at least
it's a browser that isn't going to be updated ever again...so maybe
people will stop using it... :)

I have two main column's, a narrow one on the left, and a wide one on
the right.

This is what it all should look like (note dummy text and broken
images/links as this is just on a temp server for testing)

When I add more text, everything aligns to the left wall of the browser
in mac ie as seen here:

The only thing that changes is the length of text, i'm really not sure
why it is doing this, any one have any ideas?

CSS file is here:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Tyler
