systems/browsers would be great, particularly mac and aol.

Suggestions for better ways to achieve the same results (scrollable
textbox and such) would be much appreciated.

The scroll bar doesn't appear in the right spot initially...as soon as I
scroll somewhere and let go, it pops to where it is supposed to be.

Same basic problem with IE 5.2.3 on the Mac.

However, this time, I need to scroll the window.
Moving the scroll bar that you make does not cause it to move.

No longer have NN installed on my machine.

Under Safari (the pre-installed, Apple browser), the scroll bar appears
to work correctly.

Just noticed that the scrolling area in Mozilla and Safari intrudes a
little into the menu area on your page. However, this intrusion does not
occur under IE.

Problem got worse. The now the scrolling area shows up farther to the
left then it should in Mozilla 1.5...the movement to the left leaves an
ugly gray patch.

IE still has the same problem...also the scrolling area is moved farther
to the left as well.

Works fine under Safari...still moved over to the left.
