Opera CSS expert's help needed

Hi,

Could some Opera CSS expert take a look at http://www.cahabagba.com
and tell me if there is a problem with my stylesheets or if it's just
Opera weirdness? I've tested this on many browsers and seem to get
acceptable results on all of them (using browsercam). However, when I
use Opera 6.04 on Windows 2000 on my system, the bottom footer
sometimes overlaps the main content. What is so weird is that if the
footer is below the fold and I have to scroll to see it, there is no
problem. Also, where it's above the fold, if I refresh the page, it
sometimes fixes itself. I also just downloaded Opera 7.11 on my home
Windows XP system, and it totally freaks out. I'll refresh the site,
and images sometimes appear and disappear, and when the top logo image
does show up, it's outside the top header. Also, sometimes, it looks
like it doesn't import the compliant browser stylesheet and uses the
NN4 one. I looked at some other sites that I don't maintain, and some
didn't look right either, so I'm wondering if there's some settings or
something I need to set. I'm really at a loss because the results
aren't consistent with either browser. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

My O7.2b3 shows all well
Any suggestions?

Get rid of relative positioning. You don't need it. Use margins. That
will fix it. I think some version of opera had problems especially with
relative positioning and floats.

Other things:
- remove hover backgound from image links.
- image on top don't fit its container, and is not marked up as heading
- do not use "standards-compliant browser" for IE. Neither ever recommend
it to anyone as it is insecure, recommending no good software makes
you look bad. (the reader might use Opera in User mode)
