have a page like this

the pages all look like this (much table-ish flavour), and infact i
use a layout based on tables. I have written an application that
"mounts" the contents in the central section, where it's written. I
would like to change it to a graphic w/o tables. I think it's clear
how to "divide" the page. The biggest prob is the first line: the one
with the logo: I think I need to split it in two containers, that
stay side-by-side (not div?). The first cell (the logo one) is just an
image, so it's fixed with and height.
