I have been trying to convert http://www.lovegiftz.com to css

You are missing some </a> tags.
Image don't have suitable alt text, but that should be text, not graphic
anyway. (the fruit case of course should be graphic)
You don't have title or h1.
Contrast between text and background could be slightly bigger. Those menu
links on left would be better with suitable :hover and/or #00f; color
Suggestions, comments welcome.
PS How do I get both columns to come to bottom of page??? When
I get this the way I want it I will use it as a template for the
rest of my pages.
You can do that using display:table etc. but it dont work on IE.
What you can do is wrap #menu and #content to another div, and give that
the border and background. Then have that thin border on left side of
#content and/or right side of menu. If 'and', use left:1px for #menu.
You shouldn't use percentages to set menu size, even if it works pretty
well. Use suitable em width, 12em or 15em is here same size as 30
(depending on my font size, I change my font size depending on content -
In other word depending on how near monitor I'm sitting.)
As it is orginally StrangeBanana, you should imo remove all superfluos
CSS that it makes - it makes your CSS much easier to look at, and
downloads faster

I wouldn't put pages that don't have same menu on menu, it confuses user.
Or so I think. Has anyone any idea if I'm right?
