Can i use flexbox and grid together?

I am having a hard time deciding to use flexbox or grid when creating web pages. I have read some articles that both layout can be used together, but I don’t know how.

Would it be easier to use bootstrap?

but I don’t know how.
What specific part is the 'how' based on? Did you look into the documentation?
