Help with graphic/text display on my site

I wonder if some graphics wiz out there can offer me a suggestion
about how to improve the graphic display of my gallery description
text (see http://www.pbase.com/richards1052/bali). While it looks OK,
I'm not pleased with the fact that it takes up so much of the screen.
I'd also like to center the text on the screen so it looks more
uniform. If you have other comments or suggestions about this, I'd
welcome that as well. If you have specific formatting suggestions &
can formulate them in code that would help this programming neophyte.

On my site, I can add the coding to the text description itself OR I
can add it to the stylesheet/template.

Thanks for any help, Richard
