Static element obscured by an absolutely positioned one.

Hello,

I am having some problem with a statically positioned element being obscured
by one that is absolutely positioned.

To see what I am working on, go to
http://www.aracnet.com/~tspencer/mis...ngproblem.html.

The form element (colored yellow) is absolutely positioned relative to the
DIV#Content element (colored silver). The form would obscure the text if it
weren't for the padding value that I added to DIV#Copy (colored pink). The
problem is that I had to hard code this padding value because the form's
height is set to auto. When viewed with different configuration, different
users' UAs will set that form's height to different values.

How can I set the padding of DIV#Copy to the height of the form? For
example, something like this pseudocode:

#Copy { padding-bottom: FORM.height }
