how to make AOL IM link?

My client wants a link to their AOL Instant Messenger ID. How do I set
this up?

You can see how I bungled it here (believe it or not, I couldn't find any
info on this so I borrowed it from someone else's example... but it's
obviously wrong):

http://www.wavian.com/clients/bd/

You can also add prewritten text by adding &message= on to the end.
