Can I make the reload button just reload one frame?

P: n/a
I have a page with the usual navigation frame and content frame.
When the user hits his browsers refresh button the content frame jumps back
to it's opening page. I dont want this.
Can I override the refresh button so it just reloads that one frame?
Thanks.

No. This is just one reason why frames suck. You almost certainly don't need
them. So I suggest finding a technology without their drawbacks.
