website work on local, but after upload to FTP lost all css effect

I am a print graphic designer, know very very little of web design. I designed this website bigeyeslion.com for myself years ago, use a template. And latterly I updated some of the text and imgs, nothing else. I tested it locally, everything is working. But after uploaded it to my ftp, all the css is not working. The site became a plain html page. Please help me!

Could you please post a link to the not working website?

It will help if we could see the code, references etc. to determine what is wrong.

You can also use debugging tools that come standard with most browsers the days (just hit F12 and the debugging tools should open for most browsers). Look for any errors or warnings that the debugging tools show to determine what is missing, broken, or otherwise causing issues.
