Virtual slow down of network connection to test loading of web pages

P: n/a
Hi there!

Has anyone a tip for me how to virtually slow down a
Network/DSL-Connection, so I can test the load performance
of my Web-Pages for 56k/ISDN-Connections?

Thanks!
