WYSIWYG HTML ActiveX editing control?

Hi,

I'm currently looking for the different solutions to include a
WYSIWYG editor in a dedicated VB application. Ideally, it should
read/write HTML, but I'm willing to use one that uses RTF if I can
find a tool that can convert to/from HTML.

Here's a list of solutions I found. They are either no longer
developed, too basic, or a bit pricey:

--- HTML ------
MS DHTML ActiveX Control
Ektron eWebEditPro
Namo ActiveSquare
HTML Editor (http://www.htmllabel.com ; Unfinished, proof of concept)
Scrooge XHTML for Delphi
--- RTF -------
MS RichEdit Control
Stephen Lebans' Rich Text ActiveX control
vbAccelerator RichEdit Control
Edanmo's RTF Widget

Thank you for any tip
JD.
