Dear All,
I've just finished my first HTML course, and would really like to create
some very advanced tables to use for my websites. Does anyone have good
examples or know of where I may find more guidance on this matter??
my guidance is get good at what you know how to do BEFORE you try to show
off by doing things you don't yet know how to do...if you can learn to use
the knowledge you already have in a creative way then you've a chance of a
career in web design...or of achieving a high standard as a
hobbyist...crib other people's layout that you don't yet understand the
detail of and you'll make sites that fall apart unexpectedly and you'll
get frustrated
now you've done a basic course take a look at html 4 with css...do it
RIGHT NOW and it will be easy to learn, do it later and you'll have picked
up a load of bad habits you'll have to unlearn
<http://www.meyerweb.com/eric/css/edge/> Eric Meyer's got some great
examples of what you can do with css
it's not just cool...it's come straight out of the fridge with penguins
sitting on it
