russian font problem

P: n/a
Hi

I have written an html file with russian and english text using
dreamweaver. (charset windows-1251)
I have 2 hosts.
I upload exactly the same file to both hosts using the same program.
On 1 host the russian cannot be read.
And on the other host it is perfectly readable.

How is this possible?

Maybe the hosts send different Content-Type headers.

Maybe you used different upload techniques and in the other transfer,
incorrect character conversion was performed.

Try posting the URL if you need actual help.
