software want to publish letters to surfer via shopping cart auto loads to their email

rod
Hello,

I have a client with a 100 letters pertaining to a specific industry that
they want to publish using a website.
The process wanted, whereby the surfing client can click on a letter and go
through a purchasing process with their credit card.. once the card is
verified, the client is automatically emailed the letter.. If the client
selected more than one letter to their shopping like cart, then the email
process will delive more letters

Is their anything like this available?
Thank you
Rod Minarik
