Link INTO a frame

Hi, How can I link to a site that is framed?

e.g. they are www.website.com

I want to go to www.website.com/page.htm

BUT that gives me the (child) page without its menu's and headers (the
parent frame)

I've tried the various options for target with now joy (<a
href=http://www.website.com/page.html target="_parent">Link</a>) and so on
with no joy

This is one of the limitations of frames, what you want is not achievable
(short of creating a new <frameset> document).

This is one of the limitations of frames, what you want is not achievable
(short of creating a new <frameset> document).

This is one of the reasons why so many of us hate frames. There is
nothing you can do about it other than beg the webmaster to
redesign the site and stop using frames. You can imagine how
effective that request will be.
