How to build a menu, which looks like a Half moon?

Hi there,
with PHP and JavaScript I've build a dynamic menustructur, which works
finely. My problem is, that I will that the menu looks like an half moon
horizontal on the site. What i mean is:

How can i realise it with html and /or PHP? Are there any templates in the
net?
