Including music/audio on a web page

P: n/a
I've posted to a newsgroup before regarding why it was generally a bad idea
to include music on a web page, but I can't seem to find that thread
anywhere. I was wondering if anyone has any links to sites that discuss
music/audio playing on a website?

Thanks,
Peter Foti

There's nothing against using audio and/or video on web pages, embedding
however is a bad idea: http://www.spartanicus.utvinternet.ie/embed.htm

A Google search for
"bad idea" "play music" group:*.html
seems pretty productive to me.
