Formatting HTML Page - Please help. Thanks

Vertical lines separating the "Welcome" & "Mission Statement" have
more space compared to the vertical line separating "mission
statement" & "search the site" section. Please suggest solution. I
have tried many things to no avail.

You can do view source to get the html.

Thanks a ton,
Deepak

What, the W3C validator (it's not brucie's)? Or the site that is being
