Zeroed frame still loaded?

Dear all

I have a layout with a top, middle and a bottom frame. Now I want the
bottom frame size set to 0 so it is not displayed at all. My question
is, if I set
FRAMESET ROWS="81,*,0" ... - does the bottom frame still get loaded?
It only contains grafic and loading it creates unnecessary network
traffic...

(I cannot remove the frame for some reasons)

An option to make sure it is not loaded would be to rename the htm
file that is targeted for the bottom frame, but that's not ideal
either.

Any ideas? Thanks!

So, you have created a frame, but you don't that frame?

Have you tried deleting it from your source code?

Frames are never ideal. Don't use them.
