Why are some input fields colored and others not?

When I run the following HTML in IE, the First Name, Last Name and
Email fields are colored and are 3d controls while the other fields
are not. I don't know why this is. Can someone please tell me what I
am doing wrong.

Thanks,
Susan

My guess is that your install of Google Toolbar knows what your first name,
last name and email address are, but not any of the other answers.

Its indicating which it can fill in for you.

Thanks David! You are exactly right. I have google Toolbar
installed. I didn't realize that there was a side effect. I was
going nuts trying to figure out what the difference was between the
fields.

Thanks Again,
