Why doesn't "source" show all elements of site?

Doc
looking at this site:

http://www.garygrantmusic.com/

and looking under source, the majority of what's there seems to be for
the crawler at the bottom of the page, it seems to me that most of the
elements of page aren't shown. I thought "source" showed you
everything on the page. Can anyone enlighten on this issue?

Thanks!

....and poorly implemented ones, at that (not that any framed site can be
considered well implemented). There's a completely empty NOFRAMES
section (and "NOFRAMES" is even misspelled!), and the FRAMESET tag is
written using JavaScript (with crude browser-sniffing to decide what
version to output), so any browser with JavaScript or frames disabled is
going to see nothing at all.
