2 forms on 1 page. search box and login including script with <form> and css file wit

I have 2 forms on my home page.
I have search box and i have login form
And these two just dont get along.
Because i have script which goes for login and starts like <form> by applying the script to all forms on the page and I have css file with custom style applied for login form also having form { stuff} which apply to all forms on the page. So my question here is that im trying to rename these forms like <form2> , <form name balbal> <form> name="lalala"i tried many things still doesnt work. What i need to do help me.! and i must have these 2 forms on 1 page!
