transparent IFrames in IE?

I got IFrames which overlap other (I)Frames to be transparent (except
for actual content) on Mozilla and Netscape, but not on IE.

I'm currently using style="background:transparent;" to accomplish
this, but it doesn't work for IE. Anyone know of a way to make it
happen in IE?

Please email a response to sp*****@comcast.net. Thanks!

Check

for details on how to have transparent <iframe>s with IE5.5 and IE6 on Win
