Is there a way to randomize a table of images in CSS?

I'm somewhat new to some of the functions associated with CSS, but one of the things that I'm trying to work with is a table of images. I don't want a specific order, so I'd like to be able to randomize the order of the table's images every time it comes up without repeating images. Is there a way I can do this in CSS or do I need to learn another language? Not sure where to start. Thanks in advance for any tips or suggestions you may have.

Example of what I would like:

Each time refreshed, it randomizes the order like so:

Just as clarification, I don't need it to start out in a specific order, I just want it to be random every time a person goes to the page to make sure one picture doesn't get more traffic than another (theoretically). Again, thanks in advance for any tips or suggestions.

Not in CSS, you will have to either use a client side script like Javascript or a server side script like PHP.
