Make css fixed menu scroll when height is over window height

347 100+
i have a fixed left menu on this page

http://www.yaketyyakallmouth.com/new...oys.asp?id=All

problem i am having is because of the large page content if your looking on a screen with a low height in pixels and the menu when clicked goes off the bottom of the page there is no way of getting to the bottom part of the menu.

i realise i could make up different css for different resolutions but that is only really acceptable for widths as i cant guarantee heights.

not sure if anyone has a solution for this, i found this jsfiddle file

http://jsfiddle.net/ryanmaxwell/25QaE/

but when i implemented it into my page it works fine until i add the code for mediaelementplayer

http://www.yaketyyakallmouth.com/new...ntitled-1.html

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. $('audio').mediaelementplayer({
  2.                 alwaysShowControls: false,
  3.                 features: ['playpause','progress'],
  4.                 pauseOtherPlayers: true
  5.          });
this then stops it working, i even changed all the variable names thinking it was interfering with the jquery for the mediaplayer but it did not make any difference

any help please
